This is the greatest and the best beer in the world, tribute.

Long time ago Fermly and Mirror Image were hitchhiking down

a long and lonesome road. All of a sudden there shined a shiny beer

and it said, “Make the best beer in the world” and we said “Okay!”

And we made the first thing that came to our heads and it just so happend

to be a steam beer. This is a tribute to Anchor Steam. 2024 Collabfest Beer

GNOMOSAPIEN BELGIAN HAZY IPA

6.89% ABV 32 IBU

When you get together with your gnomies, magic happens.

Tanner from Knuckle Puck Brewing in Mead and Theresa decided to go

out of their comfort zone for collabfest this year and

deliver a Belgian beer. The Belgian Gnome yeast strain is the

shining star delivering loads of floral aromas, fruity esters and hints of peppery spice.

KOOPA’S CAN’T KEEP ME - PEACH SOUR

5.4% SBV 22 IBU

Hops: Centennial, Magnum, Amarillo, Nugget

A thousand troops of Koopas couldn't keep me from you,

Princess Peach, at the end of the line I'll make you mine,

Oh, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches...

Any way you want to sing it, Jack Black crushes it

as Bowser and we made you a crushable peach sour.

FILLET OF FENNY SNAKE - WC IPA

6.4% SBV 52 IBU

Hops: Bravo, Idaho 7, McKenzie, Simcoe, Azacca

Another round of West Coast IPA using Gambrinus IPA malt. This elegantly hopped IPA

gives sweet aromas of marmalade and carries through in flavor with

the soft subtlety of nectarine, mango, and tangerine. Pleasant on the palate

and delicate in flavor, deliciously drinkable. 

ONE PILLAR PAGODA – VIETNAMESE COFFEE STOUT

5.9% ABV IBU 24 Hops:

Fellow brewer Nick Lockwood and Theresa teamed up to produce

a Vietnamese Coffee Stout using sweetened condensed milk and local coffee roasters,

Smoke-N-Brew Coffee Roasters. The organic Peruvian Aprysa

beans give deep espresso aromas and bold coffee flavor with hints of cinnamon and caramel.

FREYJA BRAGGOT

10.8% ABV IBU 26

Enjoy the love and beauty that went into this part mead

part beer style that is centuries old. Just like Freyja,

it’s elegant and beautiful but will choose from

the slain in time of war.  ABV is high!
