FAQ

Q. Do you have food?

A. Yes, we specialize in pizza and have three styles of crust you can choose from. Detroit style is our specialty crust, try the Road 13, you won’t regret it.

Q. What do you have besides beer?

A. As we are a brewpub, our focus is beer. However, we do like to give a few options to our non-beer drinking friends. We have various wines, seasonal Wild Cider, and Boylan’s Sodas (flavors vary).

 Q. WHAT HAPPENED TO ECHO?

A. We still remain Echo in our hearts and have operated as Echo since 2012. We had new partners join in February 2019. It was then decided that a new name would best fit the direction of the company. We are still brewing our flagship beers which we have won multiple GABF medals for and carrying on in the same tradition. Echo Brewing in Erie is now the official location for all your Echo merchandise and any related Echo needs.

Q. Do you have gluten free pizza crust? or beer?

A. We do have gluten free crust! Just ask your beertender and we will be happy to accommodate you. We do not carry gluten free beer, sorry. However, in the future we may carry a gluten reduced beer. Just depends on the brew schedule. We do provide several kinds of ciders and wines available.

 Q. How do I get there?

A. We are located just north of downtown Frederick and north of the Rocky Mountain Christian Church in an industrial complex off of Iris Parkway. There is a sign close to Colorado Blvd and look for the building that says BREWERY very big in red on the side of the building. You’ll want to make your first right by our back dock to get into the parking lot or just park on the street.

Q. Can I bring in my fur babies or kids?

A. Because we are a brewpub and have a kitchen we unfortunately cannot have our fur babies inside the building. You may sit on the patio with your pups/goats/etc. If you are enjoying our patio, please come in to start your order.

We are very family friendly. If you ever see a toddler working in the kitchen or playing with tools, that is Theresa and Steve’s child Vincent. He tries to help out when they are busy. We love well behaved quiet children in the taproom and we do understand children are completely unpredictable.

Q. Crowlers, Growlers, kegs, what’s the deal?

A. We have crowlers (32 oz cans) and 12oz cans available to go. You pick your favorite style of beer and we can it for you so you can enjoy our beer on the trail, for a BBQ, or whatever you have planned. If you have your own growler at home or from another brewery, bring it in! We will gladly fill any growler for your drinking needs, as we will not be carrying growlers at this time. If you have a party coming up or just want to order beer for your fridge, please call or come in to the brewery to order your keg. We have 1/6 barrel (sixtel) or 1/2 barrels available. All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance to pick up and beer selection is subject to availability. $50 deposit is required and will be returned as soon as we get the keg shell back. If you need a pump, we sell bronco pumps for $30 and you get to keep it.
