MANGO TANGO SOUR

A refreshing and flavorful beer that combines the tartness

of a sour ale with the sweet juicy notes of tangerines and juicy mangoes.

MOONLIGHT BROWN ALE

5.1% ABV IBU 21

Hops: Magnum, Crystal, Liberty

Our classic English brown ale is reimagined with Maris Otter, chocolate malt, '

Munich malts for toastiness and touches of caramel

and chocolate. Named after the farm our spent grain goes to.

DEEP CUTS DRY IRISH STOUT

4.4% ABV IBU 30

Hops: Magnum, EKG

This Dry Irish Stout is for the real stout fans. A classic stout with dominant

roasty flavors, touches of chocolate and coffee with an easy dry finish.

Low abv so you can go back for another and listen all day.

ONE PILLAR PAGODA VIETNAMESE COFFEE STOUT (last keg)

5.9% ABV IBU 24 Hops:

Fellow brewer Nick Lockwood and Theresa teamed up to produce

a Vietnamese Coffee Stout using sweetened condensed milk and local coffee roasters,

Smoke-N-Brew Coffee Roasters. The organic Peruvian Aprysa

beans give deep espresso aromas and bold coffee flavor with hints of cinnamon and caramel.

TALISMAN HAZY IPA

6.4% ABV 24 IBU

Hops: CTZ, Eclipse, Galaxy

For some brewers, their talisman just might be hops. Eclipse and Galaxy

are our lucky charms in this beer. This hazy IPA boasts zesty orange, peeps of pine,

peaches and guava. Captivating and delicious, you’ll need another for luck. *Prices will vary

ZAMBA KING RED IPA

6.6% SBV 70 IBU

Hops: CTZ, Citra, Zamba

This bold IPA is loaded with aromas of tropical fruit and pine while driving

substantial bitterness through the flavor profile of stone fruit, tangerine

and resin. Touches caramel make the malt profile slightly sweeter for balance.

INTRINSIC MOTIVATION DOUBLE IPA
