PHILLY NATIVE AMBER LAGER

Hops: Cluster, Cascade, Loral

This lager has American roots and Philadelphia style. Go ahead, order a lager,

just like you would do on the East Coast. Yeh, I’ll have a lager.

YOU’RE GOURD-GEOUS! PUMPKIN ALE (last keg)

5.5% ABV 19 IBU

Our focus for this year’s pumpkin ale includes all the gourds!

We used pumpkin, acorn squash, butternut squash, spaghetti squash

and even some yams. Why? To make a GOURD-geous beer for gorgeous people.

As always, we used lactose, brown sugar, spice, and everything nice. Fall just got way better!

ONE PILLAR PAGODA – VIETNAMESE COFFEE STOUT

5.9% ABV IBU 24 Hops:

Fellow brewer Nick Lockwood and Theresa teamed up to produce

a Vietnamese Coffee Stout using sweetened condensed milk and local coffee roasters,

Smoke-N-Brew Coffee Roasters. The organic Peruvian Aprysa

beans give deep espresso aromas and bold coffee flavor with hints of cinnamon and caramel.

TORN ASUNDER WEST COAST IPA (last keg)

7.2% SBV 78 IBU

Hops: CTZ, Citra, Talus, Centennial

Another wonderful year brewing with the great, Ben Gaylord.

This fantastic WC IPA caught our eye, with fun pops of citrus

and floral notes. We knew we had to brew this for ProAm, it’s on

its way to GABF competition.
