ONE PILLAR PAGODA VIETNAMESE COFFEE STOUT (last keg)

5.9% ABV IBU 24 Hops: Magnum

Fellow brewer Nick Lockwood and Theresa teamed up to produce a Vietnamese Coffee Stout using sweetened condensed milk and local coffee roasters, Smoke-N-Brew Coffee Roasters. The organic Peruvian Aprysa beans give deep espresso aromas and bold coffee flavor with hints of cinnamon and caramel.

TALISMAN HAZY IPA

6.4% ABV 24 IBU Hops: CTZ, Eclipse, Galaxy

For some brewers, their talisman just might be hops. Eclipse and Galaxy are our lucky charms in this beer. This hazy IPA boasts zesty orange, peeps of pine, peaches and guava. Captivating and delicious, you’ll need another for luck. *Prices will vary

ZAMBA KING RED IPA

6.6% SBV 70 IBU Hops: CTZ, Citra, Zamba

This bold IPA is loaded with aromas of tropical fruit and pine while driving substantial bitterness through the flavor profile of stone fruit, tangerine and resin. Touches caramel make the malt profile slightly sweeter for balance.

INTRINSIC MOTIVATION DOUBLE IPA

9.1% ABV IBU 42 Hops: Bravo, Vista, Sabro
