Is your chili the best in Northern Colorado? Let’s find out. Bring in your chili and the patrons will vote on their favorite. Don’t have a recipe? Come in and fill your belly.

This years categories are: Red, Green, and People's Choice.

All entries must be signed up by Friday, February 14th to ensure we have enough table space.
If you have an alternative chili style you would like to bring, this will only be able to win in the People's Choice category. Each category will have a winner that gets to take home bragging rights and a cool prize from MIBCo.
