MIBCo LITE AMERICAN LIGHT LAGER

A true Colorado original. Brewed with premium local Pilsner malt from our friends at Root Shoot Malting and softened with rice flakes, this lager is the definition of "clean." It pours brilliantly clear with a light, crackery malt backbone and a snap of refreshing crispness.

A masterclass in collaboration, this Grand Cru was forged alongside our friends at Downhill Brewing, Malteurop, and Propagate Labs. Brewed with the finest Malteurop grains and fermented with a custom Propagate Labs Belgian strain, this elevated ale features a soft, velvety mouthfeel and a complex tapestry of fruity esters. A bright, refreshing pale ale bursting with vibrant aromas of fresh citrus and juicy apricot. Every sip delivers a tropical wave of mango, papaya, and crisp citrus, balanced perfectly by a classic, subtle touch of pine resin. A LIGHT IN THE DARK - DARK LAGER
4.4% ABV 12 IBU Hops: Willamette, HBC 638
We had the opportunity to brew with Victor Matthews after his gold medal beer was selected at the Peak to Peak ProAm. A dark mild recipe but fermented with lager yeast. It delivers a warm biscuit flavor with notes of caramel and a crisp lightness that makes it incredibly drinkable.
MOONLIGHT BROWN ALE
4.3% ABV IBU 21 Hops: Magnum, Crystal, Liberty
An English-style brown, easy drinking and down to earth, with notes of malt, chocolate, and touch of toastiness. Enjoy this pint with your pals at the pub.
